(AllHipHop News) Rapper 40 Glocc has officially been banned from the Arbor Terrace Apartments in Colton, California, a judge ruled today (September 3rd). The G-Unit affiliate testified in court in May, where he denied promoting gang activity or being a member of the Colton City Crips, which allegedly operates in Arbor Terrace Apartments, which has been nicknamed "The Zoo."
